Dear American Canyon Chamber members,
Napa County HHSA in partnership with American Canyon Chamber Of Commerce and Beverage Consulting Network, Inc. are offering a FREE Responsible Beverage Service Training on January 20th, 2016 from 2:00pm to 5:00pm hosted at American Canyon City Hall located at 4381 Broadway Street, Suite 201, American Canyon, CA 94503.
This is an ABC approved curriculum to meet the training requirements of those who are in the restaurant, bar, winery and retail (inclusive of alcohol) industries. It is a 3-hour session which includes training hand-outs, a review test, a completion certificate good for 2 years and 2 years of FREE technical assistance to the organization and participants (upon request).
Things that you and your staff will be taught about:

Bartenders, servers, managers, and other staff at bars, restaurants, and wineries.
ABOUT THE TRAINER:
George Vasquez is the founder of Beverage Consulting Network, Inc a firm dedicated to the improvement of alcohol beverage sales and service. Mr. Vasquez obtained his B.A. from Universidad Catolica of Guayaquil, Ecuador, Law School. Mr. Vasquez has 25 years experience in food and beverage management working for Americana Hotel, Hilton International, Westin Hotels and Embassy Suites. For the past 18 years he has been providing Responsible Beverage Service training throughout Northern California through his firm, Beverage Consulting Network, Inc.

- Updates on California alcohol laws
- Improving profits by selling less alcohol
- Acceptable I.D and best way to check I.D.
- How to refuse service
