It is a 3-hour session which includes training hand-outs\, a review test\, a completion certificate good for 2 years and 2 years of FREE technical assistance to the organization and participants (upon request).\n\n \n\nThings that you and your staff will be taught about:\n\n\n Your criminal\, civil\, and ABC liability\n Updates on California alcohol laws\n Improving profits by selling less alcohol\n Acceptable I.D and best way to check I.D.\n How to refuse service\n Prevention of illicit drug activity\n Community responsibility\n and more\n\n \n\nWHO SHOULD ATTEND:\n\nBartenders\, servers\, managers\, and other staff at bars\, restaurants\, and wineries.\n\n \n\nABOUT THE TRAINER:\n\nGeorge Vasquez is the founder of Beverage Consulting Network\, Inc a firm dedicated to the improvement of alcohol beverage sales and service. Mr. Vasquez obtained his B.A. from Universidad Catolica of Guayaquil\, Ecuador\, Law School. Mr. Vasquez has 25 years experience in food and beverage management working for Americana Hotel\, Hilton International\, Westin Hotels and Embassy Suites.
