Take a stroll through the plaza while your children enjoy crafts and activities.  At 4:30\, we will launch the Talk\, Read\, Sing campaign.  This national campaign encourages parents and care givers to Talk\, Read\, and Sing with their young children. (Babies who are talked to and read to from the time that they are born are better prepared by the time they start school!!!)
