DESCRIPTION:The Bright Futures 8th Grade Career Expo is an opportunity for our local business community to play a strong part in shaping the future workforce in Napa County.  This unique career exploration initiative will reach more than 1200 Napa Valley 8th graders.\n\nThe mission of the Bright Futures Napa program is to intrigue\, inform and inspire young people to find their passion and pursue their occupational dreams within their own community.  Hands-on activities will captivate students' attention and allow them time for interaction with business representatives. This opportunity will provide students the ability to explore career interests and make contacts within the local business community\, leading to future mentoring\, apprenticeships\, internships\, and employment.
